About Kathryn
An open letter to Boise home shoppers:
In April of 2004, we started house hunting
in the Boise area. We were scheduled to move here in June
for a new position in my company.
We were living in Wisconsin and had absolutely
no knowledge of the Boise area and were dependent on our relocation
company to choose a realtor for us. For anybody moving into
a new area, this is a scary time.
Our relocation agency chose Kathryn Porter
and from our first meeting, we knew we had been placed in good
hands.
Kathryn's skills and knowledge were invaluable
to us. She knows the Boise area, the school systems (including
the Christian Schools in which we were interested), the builders
and what type of homes they build. More importantly to us,
she was tireless in her efforts to find us the right house. |
The story of our search
is a long one, and we look back on it and find it somewhat
humorous. We hope Kathryn can too as we made her work
extremely hard for us. At the end of our search, Kathryn,
while we were back in Wisconsin, found "the home" for us.
We have taken a considerable amount
of time to write this letter. We have now lived in our
home for nine months. We are as happy with it today as we were
when we moved in.

for her efforts.
